# P0 Ensemble Asset Production Checklist v0.1 Status: active P0 production checklist for the Luminautas character universe. Project: `PROJ-LUMINAUTAS-v1` Active mascots: `CHAR-LUMI-v1`, `CHAR-TIKO-v1`, `CHAR-NOVA-v2`, `CHAR-MARINA-v2`, `CHAR-RIN-v1`, `CHAR-ARQUEO-v1`, `CHAR-PEPE-v2`. Purpose: convert current candidate concept sheets into production-ready, reusable, versioned reference packs for Higgsfield and CartoonOS generation. ## Core rule **No single duo is the gateway to production.** Every active mascot is a first-class production entity. A story selects the smallest cast that the scenario actually needs: `solo | pair | specialist_pair | mutual_quest | ensemble_special` Lumi + Tiko is one established friendship pairing, not the mandatory master cast. Production state for every mascot: `candidate → extracted_reference_pack → visual_QA → Higgsfield_Element → golden_character_test → production_approved` No stage may be skipped. ## 1. Source intake and provenance For every mascot source image record: - SHA-256 - native width/height - native format - source generation ID when known - exact character version - asset state - native 4K truth - upscale truth - vector status Never claim an upscaled raster is native 4K or true vector. ## 2. Identity lock for all seven mascots ### Lumi Lock child-explorer face, hair, outfit, accessories, palette, age and proportions. ### Tiko Lock axolotl-inspired silhouette, gills, eyes, tail, limbs, palette and accessory state. ### Nova Lock rounded robot geometry, face-screen, eye/mouth language, luminous core, hands, pearl/white materials and cyan accents. No armor or military drift. ### Marina Lock sea-turtle silhouette, blue/teal shell pattern, face, flippers, navigator detail and mentor age cue. Domain remains marine/ocean only. ### Rin Lock red-panda markings, face mask, tail pattern, body proportions and nature-guardian accessories. ### Arqueo Lock child-explorer proportions, hat, backpack, magnifying glass/notebook, costume and archaeology field identity. ### Pepe Lock magpie/urraca silhouette, black-white body pattern, blue-iridescent wing accents, beak, eye/crest and small explorer detail. No penguin drift. If source sheets conflict, resolve once and version the decision. ## 3. Required turnaround pack — every mascot Create separate clean PNGs: - front - three-quarter left - left profile - back - three-quarter right - right profile Acceptance: - same proportions across views - same palette/materials - same accessory placement - no anatomy changes - no age drift - signature silhouette remains recognizable Storage: `content/assets/characters///references/turnaround/` ## 4. Expression pack — every mascot Minimum: - neutral - happy - delighted - curious - thinking - uncertain - surprised - worried - disappointed - determined - relieved - laughing - signature expression Character-specific expression mechanics: - Lumi: eyes/brows/face; thoughtful courage vs fear must read differently. - Tiko: gill angle may support emotion without anatomy change. - Nova: face-screen expression language must remain consistent. - Marina: calm wisdom must still show urgency when appropriate. - Rin: ears/eyes/tail/body posture support empathy and alertness. - Arqueo: evidence-focused curiosity, concentration and discovery excitement. - Pepe: crest/eyes/head tilt/wing posture support fast comic-clue energy. Target expression readability >=90%. ## 5. Pose pack — every mascot Minimum shared set: - neutral standing/resting - walking/moving - observing - pointing/indicating clue where anatomically appropriate - listening - thinking - safe testing/problem solving - worried pause - determined action - relief/celebration - prop interaction - friend interaction Add domain poses: - Marina swimming/navigation - Rin animal/habitat observation - Arqueo artifact/context inspection - Nova scan/model/verification - Pepe perch/flight/landing/clue discovery - Tiko hop/swim/clue inspection - Lumi map/notebook/lead decision ## 6. Transparent cutout pack For every mascot: - neutral full body - three-quarter full body - profile - neutral close-up - curious close-up - worried/uncertain close-up - signature pose Requirements: - alpha background - no clipped anatomy/accessories - clean antialiasing - >=2048 px longest edge when possible ## 7. Detail reference pack Every mascot gets character-specific detail locks for face, hands/paws/wings/flippers, materials, accessories, signature anatomy and palette. Mandatory special details: - Tiko gills - Nova face-screen/core/hands - Marina shell/navigation detail - Rin facial/tail markings - Arqueo field props - Pepe beak/crest/wing accents - Lumi hair/backpack/compass or recurring prop ## 8. Relationship and crossover reference packs Create only for pairings that are actually useful in planned stories. Minimum generic pair pack: - neutral together - shared clue - one asks / one reacts - different perspectives - listening/repair - teamwork action - payoff - 16:9 composition - 9:16 composition No relationship is mandatory for every episode. Priority pairing examples may include: - Lumi + Tiko - Lumi + Nova - Lumi + Marina - Lumi + Rin - Lumi + Arqueo - Lumi + Pepe - Tiko + Nova - Tiko + Pepe - Rin + Marina - Arqueo + Pepe The relationship graph and story need decide priority—not historical duo status. ## 9. Environment reference library Produce clean text-free plates by domain: - Question Compass / exploration lab - Xochimilco-inspired wetland - forest ecosystem - ocean reef / open water / deep-sea zone - archaeology dig / ruins / evidence room - observatory / night sky - future workshop / technology lab - safe cave / geological exploration - sunset lookout - Clarity Island stage - neutral transition environment Each gets: - 16:9 wide establishing - 9:16-safe composition - foreground/midground/background separation - empty character zones - subtitle-safe zone - no baked characters - no large text ## 10. Shot-template library Create reusable compositions for: - solo - pair - specialist pair - 3–4 character mutual quest - ensemble special - 9:16 short/reel - Clarity Island - reaction insert - clue close-up - payoff frame ## 11. Higgsfield ingestion For every mascot: - upload reviewed PNG references - stable versioned names - category = character - no mixed-version identity set - create reusable Element only after visual QA - store Element ID in manifest - record workspace, timestamps and checksums Suggested Element names: - `Lumi-v1` - `Tiko-v1` - `Nova-v2` - `Marina-v2` - `Rin-v1` - `Arqueo-v1` - `Pepe-v2` ## 12. Golden Character Test — every mascot independently Required: 1. neutral full body 2. curious close-up 3. worried/uncertain close-up 4. movement/action 5. prop interaction 6. challenging environment/lighting 7. 5–8 second motion clip 8. dialogue/lipsync when speaking 9. 16:9 frame 10. 9:16 frame Pass: - identity >=95% - anatomy/signature consistency >=95% - expression readability >=90% - child safety pass - originality/IP-distance pass - zero P0 continuity defects ## 13. Pair / crossover golden test Run only when a pairing is scheduled for production. Test: - scale relationship - eye lines - dialogue coverage - object interaction/handoff - no body merging - identity continuity for both - 16:9 and 9:16 - 5–10 second motion continuity ## 14. Voice lock Each speaking mascot gets: - exact provider voice ID - voice type - provider/model - sample IDs - pronunciation notes - ES-419 QA - lipsync QA - emotional range test Never invent voice IDs. ## 15. Production approval gate A mascot becomes `production_approved` only when: - source binaries checksummed - identity conflicts resolved - turnaround complete - expressions complete - poses complete - cutouts complete - details complete - Higgsfield Element exists - Golden Character Test passes - voice/lipsync passes when required - child-safety + originality QA pass - manifest updated A pairing becomes production-ready only after the exact characters involved are individually approved and the pairing test passes. ## 16. P0 execution model Do not finish one historical duo before touching the rest. Use a **two-lane portfolio**: ### Lane A — core identity readiness for all seven Bring every mascot to at least: `identity_locked + turnaround + expressions + cutout + manifest integrity` ### Lane B — story-driven deep readiness Promote the exact characters required by the next approved episode/Short to: `poses + domain references + Element + Golden Test + voice/lipsync + pairing/crossover test` This keeps the whole Luminautas universe healthy without spending full production effort on characters that are not yet scheduled. ## P0 success condition CartoonOS is no longer "Lumi + Tiko ready." It is: **seven-mascot identity system stable + story-selected cast production-ready on demand.**
